Training

We take pride in the unique value-added services we provide to our customers. With each purchase, we offer complimentary virtual clinical training, ensuring you understand the full potential of your investment. This comprehensive training, typically spanning two to four hours, covers a variety of crucial aspects - from indications and contra-indications to protocol, patient charting, and technique/application coaching. The goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to optimize your use of the purchased product. Moreover, each attendee is presented with a certificate of completion, testifying to their newfound expertise. If you require hands-on and onsite training, we can provide a custom quote to cater to your specific needs. Please note that product sales under $10,000.00 may have additional fees applied for training services.

Warranty

Each product purchased comes with a guarantee of minimum 90-day warranty starting from the delivery date. This warranty ensures that if any mechanical or technical issue arises that isn't caused by user error, the buyer can return the product for full repair or replacement. Please note, however, that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer. We are committed to standing by our products; therefore, after the initial 90-day warranty period, all customers can avail our service at the cost of parts, in addition to a labor fee of $185.00 per hour, and any shipping fees incurred. Please not that product sales under $10,000.00 may have additional fees applied for training services.

Shipping

At our company, orders are set into motion as soon as they are fully funded. We take pride in ensuring that every product you purchase from us passes a rigorous final quality control inspection. Typically, this inspection happens within one to two business days following payment completion. Our team then proceeds to package each unit professionally, a process influenced by order volume and fulfillment queues. It's worth noting that this packaging step can take anywhere from three to five business days. Following packaging, your item is shipped, fully insured, via a reputable domestic or international carrier. Our standard shipping service provides a delivery timeline of three to five days. We value our international customers, and therefore, we make weekly international shipments, supported by our valid import and export licenses. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering quality and value, no matter where you are in the world.

Returns

All purchases are subject to a final sale policy, ensuring that no refunds or exchanges are allowed under normal circumstances. Nonetheless, we understand that unexpected technical or mechanical issues can arise. Should you encounter such issues within the warranty period, we invite you to submit a service request form for our team to review. In cases where the request is approved, we will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, allowing the return of the item for either repair or replacement. If you're interested in an extended warranty period, we would be glad to offer a quote for this additional service at an extra cost to your purchase.
